I feel like I'm posting a lot.

Oh well, you just get to hear all my unfiltered thoughts. Especially during the day when I'm bored at work. 

Anyway. 

I started driving home in the rain and about halfway I noticed that my antenae on my truck was white and it turns out it had iced up and so was my entire truck just about so I abandoned my plan to make a stop and went right home. I did get more things done here at home though: I started gathering seeds for my exchanges that I'm doing, I printed label and packed an ebay sale, and I did a little bit of company sidejob. I also worked out and remembered why I hate running and especially hate treadmills. But cardio is good even though I hate it. 

They make me dizzy when I get off. Weird and annoying but I got my stretching done. 

Now I'm laying in bed, listening to the rain.

I hate running so I never do it anyway, it seems to put pressure on my hips in a bad way and I can't figure out if I just need to build up those muscles or never run again. Skating doesn't do that.

So for my treadmill last night, it was 25 minutes total mostly walking with a light 5 minute jog in the middle.

It's mostly to be warm for stretching and I figured I should do some kind of cardio stuff but treadmills are terrible. I might just stick with the walking warm up.
