I ran to the little co op to warm my toes and stock up on baking supplies and I saw a lot of utility trucks out and about so I think there's a lot of small outages and they are taking care of them. I'm sure it'll be handled soon enough
I have biases from the big ice storm in 1998, where sometimes it was months because they had to do things like replace the big tower in the middle of a river and the big tower was a long lead time item or wait because the supply system was out of replacement transformers.
