 Coworkers are asking for things that are urgent due to a meeting on Tuesday but not getting me the things to complete said things in time. I literally can't make the printer go faster and I'm not staying late to print things tonight, which it HAS to get done today because monday I'm getting said printed things bound at another location. IT HAS TO BE DONE TODAY AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE FILES

Their lack of planning is not your emergency.

Can you give them a time when they must have that stuff to you? "today" turns into "close of business" pretty easily.

If you've got a visible white board, "Your lack of planning is not my emergency" and "all materials for $WHATEVER required by $TIME" might be good things to write on it.

Oh, I needed the stuff yesterday actually and I sent some stern texts about noon yesterday.

I don't work in the same offices as those particular coworkers but I'm planning to give them another reminder on these sorts of things. I've had to do it in the past. The main problem is that some assumptions were made on the location of the binding that I had never used before and didn't actually know where it was. I got the impression that coworker was going to do binding stuff and I was helping but in reality they wanted me to do all the parts and didn't say that. Thankfully all that got cleared up in the past two days but irritating.
