They definitely didnt, I got half of the boxes in and tucked the rest into a tarp with some ice bags. I met with and split the pork to J and he brought extra coolers, much more than I told him which was very good. Some stuff still rode with the ice packs but nothing was warm so I was happy. Success! Now I need to start hosting dinner parties because this is so much meat.
It's certainly a thing that slow-cooked glazed pig-bits go over well with most folks.
The trick is to include one luridly green vegetable, so everyone feels their culinary virtue has been maintained, even when the ratio is one Brussels sprout per pound of pork.
