I'm thinking I might set up a website. I've got all these little projects that I work on that may or may not make money and be available for sale or for consulting or w/e.
I'm a little hesitant to do that because most of that stuff right now is either 1. on 1099s from a company, 2. not actually making money yet and I don't want to register with the state/locality as a business because I'm going to be moving back to PA at some point in the next few years. From what I vaguely see on the internet, as a sole proprietor I don't need to register as a business locally unless I'm doing something else that requires a license.
It can't hurt though right?

Date: 2019-05-10 07:21 pm (UTC)I mean... you could make a website just sort of documenting the things you do, like kind of a semi-blog sort of thing, and then add on "hire me" foofaraw later? but in the meantime there's the kind of documentation of the stuff you do? IDK, seems fun.
