 I was going to make a post about my day but my computer hates whatever wifi setup dad has going and will inconsistently connect properly. Sometimes if I disconnect and reconnect enough times it will go, but not tonight. Note, it worked just fine at lunch time but I put my computer to sleep after and that just doesn't work for some reason. I was going to get to the public skate but I'm so sore. I pruned raspberries for nine hours. I ate ice cream. I'm done. I'll try and post tomorrow if my computer will connect to the wifi.

Nine hours of raspberries -- I suppose this to be cutting the dead hard canes from the previous year + 1 out? -- is an awful lot. I hope you're just sore and not abraded.

Yep, and corralling them back into their rows/trellis. Thankfully it was still cool enough that I could do a hoodie in the morning and a flannel in the afternoon so my skin is mostly intact. Just sore from the pruners and kneeling to prune. I got mmmmmmmm probably three hundred row feet done. So not too bad. There's a bunch more to go but some varieties are just going to be mowed since they bear on first year canes. I do need to tip cut the last bit I did. Very tired and heading to sleep soon.

brand new out of the package :) I think I finally convinced my parents to actually buy a sharpener instead of just using duller and duller tools.

ehhhh vacations are overrated. But also my parents are paying me, which is nice. And the work thursday and friday is in exchange for plants. So I'm working on vacation! It's fine.
