unicorndukeending up buying bread for lunch this week. I don't feel like baking. Canyon bakehouse is the best gluten free bread I've had.
but it meant I can make grilled cheese for lunch so I did that with the sharp cheddar I've got and the stamen winesap apples which are super duper good, and even good cooked on grilled cheese.
Slightly difficult to eat and I scraped the bottom of my mouth just under my teeth but it was delicious
