 I do all my best thinking at the north office

because I'm not doing anything lol (except buying another $45 of seeds but shhhhh)

I can go to the grocery store right here in town because it's on the way home, although the drive is 45 minutes. It's fine. I won't be buying ice cream. cheese and milk are the priority so worst case I can eat granola with milk for breakfast and rice with cheese for lunch. 

Right now, I desperately want to buy things like the ice skates and a electric grain mill but I don't want to spend that money until I know sidejob stuff is coming in. I've got two people from old company who are supposed to contact me about writing plans but I haven't heard anything. Potential freelance client is silent as well. 

I figure if I can sell some more books on ebay, then I would consider it good to go.....

not sure on that but I'll think about it. I'll have to see what the local shop has first

I'm coming back to this office tomorrow so I can video call with some quiet. I like my boss but he is so fucking loud on calls that it's very hard to concentrate.

Have you discovered Play It Again Sports? That shop keeps parents of children in sports from going utterly broke with gently used sports equipment for all ages and sizes (including adult).

Good luck finding what you need! I know they have been a lifesaver for just about everyone I know in the past, especially folks dealing with things like hockey and lacrosse where there's a lot of equipment. The best part is, teen boys and adult women tend to have the same size in hockey skates! And teen boys grow out of them waaaay faster than they even start to wear out.

That's what I figured, that I could use boys youth gear! Playing hockey is my eventual goal and I think I want to play goalie, which is a really expensive position with all the gear. So being able to check in there every so often would be awesome. I'm a smallish person, only 5'3" so youth gear would fit well.
