Holidays were a days

unicornduke I think I haven't posted anything since the 24th, mostly because of the following things in combination
Baffling: my cousin gave me rice noodle ramen packets (because I'm gluten free???) and a package of shelf stable raspberry filling that looks like a package of fake blood. There was some other things too but those were a little odd. She gave me some lovely bayberry candles too.
I got to talk to my cousin in Zambia about the seeds I was sending him for his christmas present. I got a lot of crocheting done at the party, I'm almost done with this section of my hand muff. Mara had a great time and we found out that my parents' dog Iggy was helping herself to the deer bits that were left.
I ate many things I shouldn't have (cinnamon buns, turkey noodle soup, pepper pot omg all so good) and it was great
- A hella headache on the 25th, which I had to go borrow asprin from my aunt because no one in the house had anything even vaguely related to naproxen and I had left my meds in NY
- the christmas holiday over two days, one on the 25th, afternoon dinner and one yesterday around brunch time for the part of the family who didn't come day one.
- my brother gave me a game called slime rancher where you ranch some slimes. I have been playing many hours.
- Family video gaming - Age of Empires 2 mostly but also Factorio which is ridiculous. My cousins came over for a lan party last night, which I went to sleep during.
- A very screwy sleep schedule made worse by said video gaming and the late night deer hunting
- travelling back to NY today because it's supposed to be gross and sleeting overnight and raining all day tomorrow
