 There's something related to the rain making constant noise outside and for some reason it is disturbing me. It won't stop and its audible even with my window closed and holy shit is it annoying.

I am still getting used to having all these windows in this place, and some of them are behind me. Rain rattling off of them still startles me because my brain's list of default sounds has forgotten than one.

Yeah. noises that are out of place are the most grating sounds. horrible.
