A few things make a post

unicornduke things have occurred in the last three ish weeks but I truly have no idea at this point what they were.
This weekend I was at my parents place and cleaned garlic for sale at my uncle's stand and my parent's place. Didn't take long to get enough cleaned for at least a month of sales and because I now have a house with storage, I brought back a bushel basket of garlic and will be cleaning it here! Huzzah!
Also Friday, my cousin was in town and so was my uncle who just retired from university teaching in Texas for his entire career so there was a family party and it was livelier than they have been for a while. Newer additions are the kid's of my cousin's girlfriend (the cousin in the car accident) and the whole situation is extremely weird. Pre-accident, cousin and gf had only been dating for a few weeks before they planned to move in together. At some point, my parents mentioned that she was being evicted from her apartment. Gf has two kids, one 13 and one 3 and my cousin has an 11 year old kid. They've also starting referring to everyone as family names "Uncle so-and-so" and they haven't been integrated into the family for more than 6 months. The gf seems nice enough but the situation is extremely weird so I'm a little skeptical of the whole thing.
Mara has a weird skin bald spot on her side, it was getting bigger so I took her to the bet last week and got her antibiotics. Because I started giving her antibiotics in hot dogs, she now refuses to eat them. And every couple days I now need to switch up what I'm giving her the pills in because she refuses to eat whatever it is. I just picked up two types of lunch meat and deli cheese because I'm getting desperate.
Hot hot hot, only two days left of this current hot streak of weather with some rain coming tomorrow.
I re-arranged my room again to move an extra shelf out of the way into a spot where it could be ready to go upstairs. I then moved my fiber shelves to next to my desk/fiber area and the book shelf that had been there over by my door. The main reason I put the fiber shelf where I did was because it had to run parallel to the beams in the ceiling because stacked, it hit them. While I was at it, also I ran a physical ethernet cord into my room via the basement and my closet. The original plan was to put a second wifi unit in my room because our phones drop the wifi a lot on this side of the house, but the wifi we use was the internet company's and couldn't do the adjustments needed to use the second one and the second was so old it didn't use letters in a password. So I got a rec for a new wifi Unifi Pro 6, ordered it and turns out to need power over ethernet plus, so I ordered an injector that should come tomorrow. Hopefully it will have enough power to reach our rooms, but if not, I'm going to get a second cheap wifi for in here.
