unicorndukeThe appraisal is in at the bank and we were told that it was in underwriting, so we should hear back soon on when we are clear to close. Holy shit. Maybe this will happen.
I just completed the side job plan that is a rush so the grower has time to look it over tomorrow and I can edit tomorrow night if needed.
My parents may push strawberries to next weekend due to rain. womp womp.
It's been hot already here, hit 80F today. I've been doing a decent job of dropping the temps overnight in the apartment then covering the windows with sheets to block the sun. I've been keeping it about 15 degrees below outside heat until the last part of the day, which I'm happy with. I'm kicking the AC on tomorrow though. Hotter.
I did end up putting a fleece into the bins for washing, couldn't help myself.
Work stuff has had me out and about two days already and I'll be out in the field again tomorrow.

I switched the air conditioning on here today, too. Various warnings about it being 10 degrees (Centigrade ones) above expected for the season. Supposed to hit 30 (86 F) on Friday.
