unicorndukeThe very first house we put an offer on, where it was us and one other offer and the buyer accepted the other one....it fell through. Apparently it was due to the fact that the buyers wanted to make some kind of big changes and wanted it grandfathered in and the town wouldn't accept it. We're trying to find out more details on what they were looking at changing but we're going to put in our offer again.
This is the old farmhouse on an acre with a great barn and the giant kitchen. It's so quiet. It will need some work and we need to see what an inspector says but.....we'll see.....
