adulting on hard mode currently

unicorndukeholy jesus things are happening.
we are pre-approved from two different banks currently for the comparison shopping or whatever. We are potentially getting a third if we can get the paperwork around since they wanted a little more info.
We are seeing two houses tomorrow afternoon if all goes well and we're just trying to see two in a specific area to get us started. There's been some back and forth about the houses but I think it's going well so far.
I decided to do my taxes this morning and discovered that the company I consult for completely fucked up my 1099s. like, just wildly. I think it's because the company is technically 5 companies and they have them separate for legal reasons but I invoice to just one person who splits it up. Either way, they managed to lose 1k off the income somehow and have very random numbers for the two 1099s I received. So I sent that email.
I have a physical tomorrow morning at 7:30 and these days, I'm an hour drive from the doctors office. I didn't want to switch doctors right now, so I've got a very early morning drive tomorrow. I called the endocrinologist office last week and they said they needed a formal referral from my doctor and to call them back this week. So I need to get a formal referral from my doctor tomorrow for testosterone which should be interesting. She seems good with trans folks and I know she has other trans patients but she is older and communicates very directly in a way that can feel a little aggressive but I think it may be a combination of her age and her accent that makes it feel that way. So I'm writing out the things I want to say and hopefully I can have a conversation without feeling like a child.
I had dinner with C, JP and two friends of theirs on Sunday, it was a nice dinner, they are lovely people, I made eclairs. But it was several hours of people and talking. I ate a lot of cheese.
