Interacting with the housing market's pretty wild!

Oh for sure, we've been building a spreadsheet of houses on the market so we can get a sense of how things look and prices and all that jazz. And stuff is still coming off the market fast. There are a lot of houses coming on the market and apparently march is when that starts to pick up anyway.

We should have our loan pre-approval by monday or tuesday so we'll hopefully start seeing places next week.
