Mar. 23rd, 2025 07:38 amOne of my uncles passed away last week on my mom's side of the family. I saw him at my cousin's wedding for the first time in ten years or so and he got sick soon after that and spent some time in the hospital before passing away. We were not particularly close before that.
His funeral is tomorrow and I'm really debating on going or not. It's a 4 1/2 hour drive one way, I packed all of my nice clothes already and I think I would actually need to leave tonight given it's supposed to snow up here tomorrow morning.
On the other hand, it would be nice to support my mom and see everyone.
But also I'm so fricking tired.
ETA: talked to my mom, not going
