Horse Plans
Jan. 18th, 2016 04:06 pmThe PA Horse World Expo is in the beginning of March. And its such an amazing event. I went to it once, years and years ago and had a blast. Now that I'm an adult and have free time (haha) I'm thinking about going. There's some really amazing lectures that I want to go to and also its just plain fun.
The other thing I want to do is start training to drive horses. Some day I want to get a team of draft horses and if I want to keep them in condition, I need to know how to harness and work them properly. I did some googling and there's a farm in vermont that does 4 day draft working workshops that I'm interested in doing. It is in October so that's even a reasonable time. I don't know if it will happen this year but maybe I'll aim for next year and see what happens.
