Okay, I had a good phone call with my current realtor and she was out of touch because her daughter, who is her realtor partner, is so heavily pregnant that they thought she was going to have the baby over the weekend. So her life is chaos. We are aiming to see some places next weekend because I'm out of town this weekend. I asked a couple of questions and got answers I was happy with for ways to reach her. It was a good conversation and I think she understands what I'm aiming for and what I want.

So we'll see.

Glad you've had some good communication with your realtor! That's really important, esp when things are chaotic for her like that lol I hope the places next weekend are good!
