unicorndukeI'm starting to look for rentals for the february move and nothing super promising but that's why I'm looking now.
and then I check the housing market and at this point, yes I would need to live further out but that's looking better and better every day despite the real, important reasons that it's impractical for me to buy a place
also some places I actually could afford are 2 family homes and the agents list them as "great for renting, you could charge 800-1000 for each apartment!!!!) and the per month price to buy the whole thing is like 600 and that just makes me very very mad.

Looking for a place to live is never fun. I hope it goes well somehow anyway, in despite of its inherent nature and the everything.
