two different in-person hangouts in a week! what a wild time to be alive

I went to the first in person knitting/crafting hangout tonight that's been held since the pandemic started and it was Good. I ate food and drank inside around other people. Wild.

Yeah, on one hand, probably not the best idea to eat inside with other people with the delta varient vaguely around. on the other, it's only once a month and it was so much fun. spending time with new people???? amazing.

oh i am keeping like. eagle eyes on where that delta variant is. we don't have it yet. i'm sure we will soon enough but it's not here. so i'm keeping my masks handy but not masking back up quiiiiiiiite yet.
