Minor Problems

unicorndukeI have my desk arranged parallel to my closet so my back is to the (sliding door) closet. A nice white background for video calls. My right side is up against a shelf and wall and I hop into my chair from the left. Because of space restrictions, my desk is extremely close to the closet, I have enough room for the chair to fit in between the desk and the closet but I have to climb out of the chair over the armrest since the chair butts against the desk.
Not a big deal, I just turn off my video if I need to hop up during a video call.
My dog loves to lay in the spot between the closet and the desk. She likes being close to me and I pet her sometimes while I work. But she's a big dog and it's a narrow space. And she snuggles with her face right up against my chair legs.
And she traps me at my desk.
I can get out of my chair but it is difficult and requires very careful stepping and climbing.
Anyway, I'm hungry.
