 AC turned off for at least a day

it was a glorious 70 degrees today. It felt amazing to work outside, there was a breeze, we never got too hot even in the sun. I wore a light hoodie in the truck and had the windows down while driving on the highway

It's supposed to be back up to 90ish by sunday so bye bye nice weather

It's been odd; for a long while, the weather forecast was always too cool by a degree or two, and this year, the summer overnight lows have often been lower than forecast.

Have to suppose the conditions are outpacing the model again.

The "it gets hot again" part of the forecast went away here, so here's hoping for a bit more nice weather than originally expected!

It always feels hotter than what the weather says, not sure if the humidity is really bumping the feeling up or if the sun is hotter or what. The next three days are supposed to be close to 90F but after that the forecast is 78 all the way and I'm tentatively excited about it.

Humidity really does bump up the feeling.

One can reasonably hope that things will start to cool off some by September, and I hope it doesn't insist on being after Labour Day this year.
