I would have to say that depends on how much you like potatoes.

And possibly what you get to wash them with; some gleaming chrome device of a specialized potato pressure-washer could be fun.

hand scrubbie in a sink lol. I only need to wash like, ten of each variety. I do like potatoes tho

Is air drying specifically required?

well. they do need to be dry because then in the pictures the color will be accurate to what it looks like. I don't have another way to dry them at work.

Ahhh, okay. I was wondering if towel drying affected the color or something.
