So first plan is Jade, if she comes back. Not ideal but doable because it'll be whenever it happens.
Backup plan is that by complete coincidence, my younger sibling is going to be filming something a half hour from here on the last weekend of January and offered to help me move after filming is over.
The crew is driving back on the 31st so as long as Z can take their equipment on the train, they will help me either move the big stuff into storage or take a load to the new place that day, whichever is more urgent. And then I will drop them at the train station to head back to the city.
Whew.
Anyway, I loaded up a few things to take over to the storage unit as soon as my truck has warmed up. I scheduled the carpet cleaner for the last week in February.
I've got a three day weekend this weekend so I'm planning on clearing off the desk and the dresser and packing the clothing into suitcases. Probably laundry. I have to do one or two misc boxes to storage at some point, but they aren't packed yet. I talked things over with my friend (from now on, C) about the details of the apartment, we decided to at least write a little lease up, talked about all the stuff that things require and I let her know approximate move in dates. Making it happen.
