phone updates
Jan. 9th, 2025 09:50 ammy attempts to get unihertz to fix my tank mini are not going well. I have been emailing back and forth with them, they keep asking if it's a software issue or giving me things to try as if it's a software issue. It definitely isn't but I've been playing along. It's clearly a problem with the screen connection somewhere, I keep saying this. A new revelation that might help my case is on the last video I took of the phone while pressing the power button, a tiny light showed up in the video that isn't visible to the naked eye, so maybe that will convince them? No idea.
In the meantime, I signed up for updates on their website for screen replacement parts for the atom l, my previous phone that I shattered the screen of. The screen replacements came back into stock so I ordered one and it has shipped, so in the next month, I will repair my old phone and use that as my backup instead of the motorola that I'm currently using. I'm really worried about breaking the motorola and I know my atom l is a solid phone. It is getting slow since unihertz doesn't push android updates but I'd rather have that.
