Saw another house today. I'm torn on it but I think I'm going to say no to it. It's on over an acre of mostly flat sunny area, and the house is a decent size if weirdly laid out and it has a good size kitchen but it's too close to a busy road at 55mph. really loud. Plus it needed some amount of stuff done. It might have been worth it cheaper and as a fixer upper, lots of minor projects that could be done by me. But the traffic. How would I enjoy my gardening with all the noise? 

Other than that, I graded potatoes for work yesterday we get to bring home some potatoes and I now have 100 pounds of potatoes in my truck cab right now. 50lbs for me and 50lbs to be delivered to friendsgiving host friend. I ate baked potatoes for dinner tonight and it was glorious

I'm making food for two different things next week

The first is "Help Jade Survive Retail On Black Friday" which I'm going to roast a chicken, make both masked potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes and make an apple pie. She has requested everything but the chicken and said "oh yeah I should eat some protein huh" when I suggested it. 

The second thing is friendsgiving! I'm going out to a friend's place for thanksgiving evening and I will be bringing some finger food desserts because there is two pies coming already. There is also dueling turkeys like the last friendsgiving I attended. I will be bringing cookies, and if I can swing it, I want them to be drizzled with apple cider syrup. I have a Source for that, I just need to talk to them about it since they aren't even technically selling it yet. So probably some kind of simple butter cookie? Or maybe a sugar cookie. Or shortbread. Hmm. And then some cinnamon and cloves and the apple cider syrup. And I'm bringing brownies. Because I want to eat brownies. 

I may also make a second batch sunday morning and drop them at a different friend's place because they are doing turkey processing and could probably use some fuel.
