It is apparent to me that my brain is pretty fucked up over everything and I absolutely need to get on a consistent schedule and routine.

Since work has also dropped off so much, I think I need to do at least some reading/professional development/etc to keep my brain trained.

So my Plan:

Each weekday:

by 6 Get up, get ready, walk dog
Eat breakfast
Spin or crochet or craft until ~9
at 9 - do at least 2 hours of something work related if no other work tasks
12 - each lunch
4:30 - walk dog
6 - eat dinner
8 - stretching/workout depending on how I'm feeling
9 - bed

Weekends I can get rid of the work related stuff. I've been making lists of things to do if I get bored with one thing, it happens sometimes.

My appetite has also disappeared which is irritating because I still need to eat. On my list of things to do when I have more energy is to start baking, I've got a lot of supplies and things in the freezer to work through. Delicious food = more willing to eat. I made some delicious stuff tonight and ate more than I thought I would. Once I get through this next week or so, I can plan some driving adventures to various farm stores to buy some interesting things.

But overall, my first task is to rest up. I am exhausted especially after last night's shenanigans. I am getting cranky at the dog, who probably can tell I'm stressed. I've been staring at computer screens a lot and I don't think I ever quite kicked whatever cold I had.
