unicornduke I have continued playing video games this week and I'm leaving tonight for PA, so things will be busy still. I will get a post made after this weekend because it's been a while.
I bought a Mockmill 100 a few days ago and did a test run last night.
The initial turning on, was easy, it was quiet and then I put the rice through it and holy shit it was loud. It's a stone grinder so yeah, probably loud but also holy shit, not something to do late at night or even when other people are around. I think everyone had their AC wall units running, because Jade didn't say anything about it after her nap but omg. Made some really nice flour though. When I get back from PA, I'm going to try my corn in it for cornmeal and see what happens.
Other than that, I just got a new work computer and wow is it super fast in comparison. The old one wasn't even that old.
