Two houses that I saw today both needed two much work and the better of the two had some misleading tax information on the showing site. I looked up the actual taxes and there were so many exemptions that it would be twice as much.

Passing on them both.

The house I saw Friday is pending but I discussed it with my realtor and we decided to submit an offer anyway. Can't hurt.
