We've got enough equipment around that I think we have one. Do I know where? No. Dad slept in that morning so I was jerry rigging things to work. If I can get one while he's awake, I'm sure we can find what I need. Or just use the backhoe bucket raised up. Or any number of solutions.

That morning was just so fricking cold that I wanted to get it done as far as I could. I was in the metal shed and had layers and a coverall on and was cool. The legs of the deer froze that night.
