I've got so many in the freezer so I might as well.

I actually need to learn how to crack eggs one handed so I may get so many eggs. Also pastry cream is so easy to make and uses many eggs and not much else.

Sourdough. Ugh. That's all I have to say right now, I need to make another attempt at it.
