Apparently she just accepted it right away when she found out it was us and didn't want to even deal with multiple offers at all.

Yay lists! yay spreadsheets! yay expertise!

There are two pieces of advice about pianos; one is get pros to move it (advice my younger self wishes to heartily endorse!) and two is to check the floor where it's going, not for strength (the house inspector has already done that! (or you should fire them into the sun)) but for level. Anything you can do about level is MUCH easier to do before the piano arrives by constructing it a little platform. (Uprights on caster that want to roll are No Fun.)

We are absolutely hiring professionals to move the piano lol, that's how she has it in the first place. But the level info is very helpful and I'm sure we'll get that figured soon enough.
